• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of payment.
• 25% deduction if canceled after 48 hours.

2.2 Processing Time

• Refunds processed within 7 business days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Charges

• Registration, consultation, and one-time fees are non-refundable.

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee of INR 200.

• In genuine emergencies (e.g., medical), cancellation fees may be waived.
• Supporting documentation required.

👥 5. Group Sessions & Workshops

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.
